Reported by EGMCarTech.com, Kia and Hyundai have issued a recall over a variety of 1.6 millions of their models over a malfunctions brake lamps which also unexpectedly prevent it from disabling its cruise system.

- 2007-2011 Santa Fe
- 2008-2009 Veracruz
- 2011 Sonata
- 2010-2011 Genesis Coupe
- 2007-2010 Rondo
- 2007-2010 Sportage
- 2007-2011 Sorento
- 2007 Sedona
- 2010-2011 Soul
- 2011 Optima
To all owners, Kia and Hyundai will begin notify owners for each models and they will replace it with no cost. But for Malaysia owners, I dont know either it effects us or not. But you may go to your nearest dealer and ask for confirmation.
