Reported by Autoblog, it looks like Chineese automakers are looking for high tech and well known expert auto maker to be partner with. It is part of their strategy to improve their product in near future.

It said that they were talk around 30% share holder in Getrag that worth $700 million. Getrag is one of the transmission expert from German who supply their product to well known automaker company like Ford, BMW and Fiat.

 

While some country are looking forward for a war (by create from one and another), I think China have a good strategy improving their own product and not wasting their money in a war

 

Even if they sell their product inside China itself, I think their company can survive
