Aftermarket exhaust manufacturer Akrapovic has now unveiled its slip-on system for the F80 & F82 BMW M3/M4 models. The exhaust system is made from titanium and features bigger pipes than stock, resulting in lower back pressure and more power (an increase of around 5bhp). The material also weighs less than standard and you can spec carbonfibre tailpipes and a carbonfibre rear diffuser to enhance the system’s look.Importantly, it has a ‘sporty’ sounding note, with Akrapovic specifically highlighting lower frequencies.
